Team Training

Our Team Training system incorporates four essential elements to reduce the chance of injury and increase each athlete’s physical potential, all while building confidence and bolstering team unity.

Our Team Training also places a big emphasis on developing character, work ethic and confidence, all within a positive and energetic atmosphere.

We have Team training solutions for the entire team, located in our 5,000 square foot athlete-driven facility.

 

The 4 elements of our Team Training are:

 

Movement Prep - Our complete warm-up method focuses on specific exercises and drills to activate and mobilize while increase body core temperature and blood flow.

 

Multi-Directional Speed - This component focuses on the areas important to a strong and powerful athletic foundation: deceleration, acceleration, change of direction and maximum speed.

 

Strength and Power Development - Our strength and power development targets the muscular and nervous systems in order to create strength, explosive power and stabilization throughout the entire body.

 

Conditioning - Developing the ability to maintain performance and skill execution so your team can push past limitations and execute the game plan better than your opponent.

 

Our Team Training programs are designed to deliver a challenging workout that is organized, educational, progressive, and customized for entire sport teams.

Training sessions are typically conducted at the team's training facility and focus primarily on linear speed and multi-directional skill development. Team Training programs are built to be sport relevant with medicine ball strengthening, bodyweight resisted power development, energy system development, and speed ratios that apply directly to specific sports demands.


What Ages Can Train?

 

Our Team Training can be designed for athletes at the Grade school, Middle school, High school and Collegiate level.

Team Training can also be utilized by Associations, and groups of athletes who wish to train together. All programming is personalized to each athlete's abilities, needs, age and goals. Also, all Sessions are led by our qualified coaches to allow maximum attention to detail.


Which Sports Can Train?

 

Over the past 10+ years we've had the opportunity to coach athletes from nearly every sport. Before beginning training, we meet with the team coach to learn what specifically a team needs, whether it be improved conditioning, strength or multi-directional speed. That way we can customize our programming to match up with what the teams on a global, and individual level.

 


How Does Scheduling Work?

 

Our Team Training Sessions are scheduled during times where our facility is open and quiet.  For example, teams often train:

Monday 7:15-8:30pm

Friday 6:00-7:15pm

Saturday 12:00-1:15

Sunday 11:00-12:15pm

 

All Sessions are 75:00 and can be scheduled and reserved in advanced to ensure your times are available as needed.

Scheduling is done by the team coach/manager through our Online Calendar.


What are the Training Options?

 

Training Options 8-12 Athletes:

05 Sessions $600 + tax

10 Sessions $1,100 + tax

15 Sessions $1,500 + tax

 

Training Options 13-18 Athletes:

05 Sessions $660 + tax

10 Sessions $1,210 + tax

15 Sessions $1,650 + tax
