Race Performance Program

Our Race Performance Program is uniquely designed to enhance your race performance and long term development in the off-season. At the same time perfectly complimenting your high volume running for those competing in the 1/2 or full marathon.Each athlete-specific program consists of functionally sound movement training and strength training with a strong focus on fundamentals and proper technique.

Each program is customized for the athletes individual needs and abilities, while becoming progressively more challenging as each skill is mastered. All training sessions are lead by our qualified coaches to allow maximum attention to detail. Our Race Performance Program takes a complete approach to making each athlete faster, stronger, more injury resistant, mentally tougher, and more confident in their running abilities.

Our Race Performance program has 6 main components;

1. STRENGTH
Quality Coaching, Functional Based Upper, Body, Lower Body & Core Specific to Running

2. POSTURE & MECHANICS
Improved Gate and Breathing Efficiency Through Posture Correction

3. MOBILITY
Soft Tissue Work (Foam Rolling), Static & Active Stretching, Muscle Activation

4. INJURY REDUCTION
Assess & Correct Muscular Imbalances, Range of Motion, Balance

5. SPEED ENDURANCE
Plyometrics & Stabilization for Fast Twitch Fibre Activation and Higher Pace Maintenance

6. NUTRITION EDUCATION
Education and Application, Lean Eating and Performance Eating

Our Race Performance Program is 16 weeks in duration and athletes train 2-3X per week with flexible training times using our Online Schedule
