A Bachelor of Kinesiology student at UNB, Alex has an excellent attitude, and a keen interest in evolving his skills as he helps our clients and athletes with their strength, health and performance goals.
A Certified Functional Strength Coach, and former University athlete with the UNB Men's Soccer team, Alex possess an energetic personality and passion for fitness and performance.
Born in Ottawa and raised in Fredericton, Jeremy has been focused on fitness and athletics since he started skating at three years old.
Jeremy played hockey through the Fredericton minor hockey AAA system as a goalie. In 2013 Jeremy received a scholarship to attend Rothesay Netherwood School in Rothesay, New Brunswick and play on their varsity hockey team. After graduating with an International Baccalaureate degree in 2016, he moved to Ontario and split time between the Kingston Voyageurs Jr A hockey team and the Napanee Raiders from the Ontario Provincial Junior Hockey league. Jeremy also began studies at the University of New Brunswick.
Jeremy is a Certified Functional Strength Coach and brings an outstanding attitude to the Athletic One coaching team. Combined with his focus on physical fitness and well-being, Jeremy plans to pursue a degree in the health sciences and medicine. As an avid fitness fanatic, Jeremy looks forward to sharing his passion and working with Athletic One clients and athletes.

Anna is not a goalie, or a hockey player! She is however bringing to Athletic One, 25 plus years of experience with endurance sports at the national and international level; long track speed skating, cycling and cross country skiing. As a member of the Swedish National Speed skating team she had the opportunity to travel and race around the world and cultivate the mindset of high performance through resilience, determination, successes and failures.
Growing up in small ski resort town of Kimberley, BC the outdoors and adventures became her go to. She is an Engineer, a Nuclear Physicist, an Executive Performance Coach, a Professional Mountain Bike Instructor as well as a Certified Functional Strength and Conditioning Coach. Her passion lies with inspiring you to get comfortable with the uncomfortable. She is a compassionate butt kicker who works with individuals, sport teams and CEOs to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be!
As a member of the Athletic One team, Anna facilitates our Corporate Wellness initiative - ENGAGE. She strongly stands for the impact workplace wellness has on performance at the individual and business level.
Anna also works with youth teams and athletes to develop their Leadership & Mindset through sport - along with in-person adult Strength & Conditioning and youth Sports Performance.

Originally from Kenora Ontario, Reg has been training and coaching a wide range of individuals for 12+ years now.
Reg’s athletic career started in the Ontario Hockey League as a goaltender. The former world junior invitee played 2 years of pro hockey with experience in the ECHL, AHL, IHL and NHL.
Coming to Fredericton in 2002, Reg attended the University of New Brunswick on a scholarship. As part of the Varsity Reds, Reg was fortunate to be apart of an outstanding program and CIS national championship team in 2007.
After retiring from the sport, the former 1st team all-Canadian and academic all-Canadian worked for the Woodstock Slammers in the MJAHL as their strength and goaltending coach.
A Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Speed & Agility Coach, Reg later moved up to the Lewiston Maineiacs in the QMJHL as the strength, goaltending and video coach – and then later with the UNB Varsity Reds mens hockey team.
Married with 3 children, Reg takes great pride in seeing others succeed with their fitness, health and performance goals.
